• Audio files uploaded for transcription
• Payment information (processed securely by Paddle)

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver your transcriptions
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Audio files are automatically deleted after transcription is complete and delivered. All the processed files to enhance readability are automatically deleted after the email with the results has been sent. We do not save any of the user audio or processed files on our servers longer than we need to.

4. Data Retention

We retain:

• The order history per emailaddress
• Audio files until transcription is complete
• Payment records as required by law
