We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failure preventing transcription completion
  • Service unavailability during upload
  • Duplicate charges

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact support within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide your transaction ID
  • Explain the reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed transcriptions
  • Poor audio quality resulting in transcription errors
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
